External Façade Lighting Concept completed for One Palace Street
Syntax Lighting has recently completed concept design proposals for external lighting to the main facades of One Palace Street development.
In line with the principal objective of the project to produce a scheme of the highest quality that will set a new benchmark for its location, the purpose of the external facade lighting is to enhance the presence of the development during the hours of darkness by illuminating the most prominent elevations of the development. The proposed scheme would include the listed Buckingham Gate building and the adjacent Townhouse, a corner section of Beaux Art building, the Renaissance building, and potentially a new built Palace Street building.
This is in addition to our full appointment to develop a lighting scheme from concept to completion for all interior apartment and public areas, as well as external lighting to courtyard garden, for this ambitious redevelopment of an urban block just opposite Buckingham Palace, consisting of six existing buildings, two of which are Grade II listed.
