Syntax Lighting appointed to One Palace Street

We are excited to be working on One Palace Street, an ambitious redevelopment of an urban block just opposite Buckingham Palace, consisting of six existing buildings, two of which are Grade II listed.

Redevelopment will include 72 prestigious apartments with full concierge service, extensive leisure facilities (pool, spa, gym, business suite), restaurant, communal courtyard garden and underground parking.

We will be working closely with architects Squire and Partners to deliver a lighting scheme for client Palace Revive Development and development manager Northacre.
